any sugesstion for day tour transportation in Macau so I can discover most interesting place /

In Macau, there are many free shuttle buses offered by some casinos, you can take them if possible.

By the way, the attractions like Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square and Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro are walking distances in between.
