About:Year of the Dog

I'm 20. 11/23/1994. What career should I focus on? Should I keep my job?

I am not sure what career to look into. If I should keep the job I have or get one with the career I want to get into? When will I able to get into a career and have a love life? What should I be careful of?

Hey, as I know, only in the field that you like to do and you want to devote yourself to it, can you make a difference. So, if you are still hesitating about current one, maybe you don’t like it in the deep side of your heart. If so, just try another one to find what you really like. Just as Steve Jobs said, keep looking, and don’t settle. Until you find the one you really eager to do. Maybe a siutable career and true love will come to you in the end of the year. You need to be patinet and hold your temper with people around you.

Thank you. But I'm still confused. I don't know what job I should go for and which career will be the best for me. Things have been really hard and I just don't know what to think. Recently someone betrayed me and it broke me down an I don't know if things will be better again or if we will be together again. Why did this happen? Should I keep any hope for it?

Priya, no one can save you except yourself. You need to think and find out what you want to do. I can just say that you may find a job that you have interests in. Your interests are your motives. Cheer up! The one who betrayed you gave you a good lesson. You need to learn from this and never let it happen again.

There are some people who undergo more hardships than others. You are one of them. Don't lose hope. As long as you survive the hardships, you will be the strongest one.

I understand what you said. But I'm not sure when I should look for a job because I'm interested in becoming a RN registered nurse. And I'm still finishing up my general education. And I want to move out from where I live. When will I be able to move on? Which career should I chose? How can I make things easier for me because my parents have business where we live so it's making things hard for me and I don't understand what I should be doing right now or what is the right step to take? I try to stay cheered up and happy but it all comes back and I feel like I'm worth nothing and let down. The one who betrayed me was the one I loved. Why did he do this to me? Did I truly deserved it? Will he ever meet me and apologize? What he did was it right or wrong? Will he get punished for what he did? What happened it really broke me down. I was shattered and felt that everything was ended. Will I ever succeed in loving someone? When will I find the one who loves me for who I am? What should I focus on?

Priya, if you want to be nurse, then you should do what you can do to make it happen. It's good to have dreams. However, we can not day-dream. We need to make great efforts to realize our dreams. I can't tell when you can be a nurse and when you will move to another place. It's all up to you. If you make great efforts, you can make it happen soon. Otherwise, they are just your dreams.

Meanwhile, it's useless to figure out why you are dumped. It's a fact already. No one can help you if you immerse yourself in your past. He left you because he didn't realize how good you are. Everyone is unique. I believe that you will find someone who knows your merits and treasure you very much. The premise is that you should pull yourself out of your "miserable" past.

I agree with you. Right now I am not sure whether or not I should leave my job and join my family business. What should I go ahead with? Which one will in succeed in? Which would be beneficial?
