What should my main focus be now?

Hello! I am 02-27-81 could you please tell me how to keep my self clear minded and motivated? I have had issues with my health this year, I am getting bored with my job, I moved from nyc to Southern California desert. I fell in love with a man who I found out has a long term relationship which makes me feel heartbroken. Why do I think of him still every day? It’s unlike me.
