obtaining a tourist visa for travel

Question

I am a flight attendant for United Airlines and am a US citizen.  I will be traveling to China at the end of April.  Is it possible to obtain a L type in Frankfurt with same day or overnight service? As I need my passport for work I cannot leave it. Thank you, Joseph Rife

Joseph, you need to apply from the CVASC center in Frankfurt. Unfortunately, the center doesn't provide express or urgent pick-up service. It means that it takes four working days to deal with your application.
