About:Chinese Consulate in Perth

Access to Lushunkou

I have an Australian passport. Is it possible for foreigners to visit all or parts of the Lushun area of Liaoning, with or without a special permit? If a permit is necessary is it possible to obtain one the same day? at PSB in Dalian?

Thanks. Allan Smith.

Lvshunkou has been open to foreigners since a few years ago, so you can travel freely wihin this city except the military administrative zones. They are not even open to the Chinese public.
