About:Taiwan Travel

I'm here in Canada and planning to go home in the Philippines but I will have a stop over at Taipei

Do I need a visa. my lay over in Taipei is 4 1/2 hours, Do I need visa.I will just wait for my next flight Taipei to Manila,Philippines

Well, policy in TW is a little bit more complicated than other areas. So you are suggested to contact the airline to get the precise information.
