lost baggage at pek

Question

Hi, Few weeks ago my luggage went lost in Beijing airport terminal 1. I have been trying to call there, but nobody knows where lost luggage is being kept. I'm now back in My home country and it is bit difficult trace my luggage from here. Where can I call? My airline company (China Southern airlines) was not able to help me in English.
