You can reach HK by train or by cross border coach.If by train: you can take train from the East Station to Hung Hum Station. The journey takes about 2 hours. Ticket price for first class seat is 190HKD, for super class seat is 230HKD.If by coach: you can take coach operated by Chinalink from GZ Hotel, Guangdong Hotel, or President Hotel. The ticket price is 100-120HKD.
