No rail service, but if you do not stay in HK, you can ferry from HK airport to Shenzhen Shekou or Fuyong port directly. According to the airport website, the time for Shekou port is 09:00 09:50 11:00 12:30 13:30 14:30 15:30 16:30 17:30 18:30 19:30 20:30 21:20 21:45. There is also other buses available. Or you can go from airport to the Hung Hom station and then go for Shenzhen by metro.
