Jaco, you can first get contact with the embassy and ask whether it accepts entry permit applications for HK. If it accepts, you can submit the application to there. If it doe not do this, you are suggested to directly mail the application documents to the HK Immigration Department or ask your employer there to submit the aplication for you.
