About:Dual Nationality

I have heard that chinese orphans are automatically guaranteed citizenship st the age of 21.

Is that true? We adopted our daughter at the age of 7 months from an orphanag in China and she will be 21 soon and has usa citizenship now.

Bob, you needn't worry about this. China doesn't acknowledge dual-citizenship. If your dauther already becomes a USA citizen, she won't be able to acquire the Chinese citizenship unless she drops her USA citizenship. Even she does so, it is very difficult for her to acquire Chinese citizenship.
