Transport from the Cultural City to Shanghai Central Railway Stration?

Cultural City is at Fuxing M Rd, Shanghai? Is it the subway or the taxi? What are the more reliable taxi company names? Is it safer to call taxis by phone? Thanks.

Subway is available. You can walk about 860 yards to South Shaanxi Road to take the subway line 1 to the railway station directly. Take the EXIT 3, you will see the train station.
If taking a taxi, it may cost CNY25 around.

The blue taxis are preferable, and it is operated by Dazhong Taxi Company. Their hotline is 96822. It’s safe and there is no big problem.
