About:China Visa on Arrival

I am from Indonesia, I Want to visit Kunming can I apply Visa on Arrival.... ?

I want to visit kunming to attend Route ASIA Marketing Award 2015 on Mar 17, 2015 ..

Gusti, you should get contact with the Kunming Immigration Department and ask whether you can get the VOA, because the immigration officer decides everything. If he or she says that you can get it, you should ask the hosting party of the meeting to issue you an invitation letter and send someone to pick you up at the airport. If it says you can't get the VOA, you have no choice but to apply for an M type entry permit. Hope you can see the answer in time.
