I am in Mainland at the moment with a business visa and I want to visit Macau for 2 days.

Just for tour. I have another valid entry permit to mainland. I will either go by bus or boat from Mainland and come back same. Please what other documents do I need to present in order to obtain one entry permit. I will also want to know where I can submit my application forms in Shenhzen.
