transfer from pudong airport to hongqiao airport

Question

I shall be arriving by evening 8 pm at Shanghai Pudong airport and by the time I get my luggage it may be 9.30 pm.I am first time traveller to china.I have domestic flight next morning from Hongqiao airport.How do I get transfer safely in the night to Hongqiao airport and if there is any good hotel at airport only.Pl reply urgently since I have to travel in next two days.Whatever I have looked at till now Shuttle bus seems to be the best way.I such case what is the bus no and where will I get it at Pudong airport.Do I require advance reservation since it is night travel.What time the last shuttle leaves and how much time it will take.Can you suggest some good hotel at Hongqiao airport itself with shuttle facility. The last shuttle bus leaves Pudong for Hongqiao at 23:00. You can catch it, no worry. You can board the bus either at T1 or T2. There are clear direction boards and you'll find it easily following them. The duration is about an hour and ticket fare is CNY30. There is no need to reserve it in advance. You can buy the ticket on the spot upon arrival. You can also take subway line 2 from Pudong to Hongqiao directly. The last train leaves at 22:00. The thing is it is not recommended to stay overnight at Hongqiao airport, for it's relatively expensive. Maybe you can stay in a hotel in downtown along the subway line 2 and get to Hongqiao airport the next morning by the subway line. There are many chain hotels along the subway, like 7DaysInn, HomeInn, Hanting. You can choose one based on your budget.
