About:Tibet Travel Permit

I am a foreigner living in China with residency permit. do I need a tibet travel permit to go Lhasa?

James, you need to get that travel permit. However, I am afraid that you may not get it alone. You'd better join a group tour arranged y qualified agencies. The agencies can help you acquire that permit.

Unfortunately, foreigners can't visit Tibet from Feb. 15. And there is no further information when tours will be resumed.
