I am planning to go with this tour in October, but I'm not sure about the food.

The breakfasts are western styles, so no need to worry about it.
Lunches and suppers are mostly a la carte; if you have any favors or requirements, just tell them to your guides and ask the guides to help you order dishes. I believe this is a great chance for you to taste some delicious and auspicious Chinese food.
If meal is not included, the guides will recommend some restaurants per your needs.
