About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Which counter at Pudong International Airport to apply (on arrival) for 72 hrs visa free on arrival?

I have a Singapore passport and memberso of my family have New Zealand passports. We are flying from Istanbul to Shanghai staying for less than 72 hours before flying out to Hong Kong SAR. We are arriving and leaving with different airlines. Do we qualify for the 72 hrs free free arrangement?

If so, we wish to apply on arrival at Pudong International Airport. At which counter do we apply, please?

Many thanks and looking forward to your advice.
Kind regards
Keng Chan

Keng, Singaporeans don't need to apply for this because they enoy 15 days stay. For the one who holds New Zealand passport, he needs to report to the attendants at least 30 minutes before the plane lands. Then the airline informs the airport in advance. You needn't worry bout this. There are leading signs and you can easily find the signs after you get out of your plane. Following the signs, you can easily find where to apply for 72 hours free transit.
