About:China Train

time for collection

sir i have book a ticket for 23 march 2015 from hangzhow east to jinan. Time is 8.30 am. At what time i can collect my it at station ? also is it possible to collect it in any shanghai station ?

To avoid missing your ride, you'd better arrive there 90min in advance for the collection process and other process like security check. You can collect it at Shanghai in advance, but if so 5RMB per ticket would be charged by the station as a service fee.
