About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Can I go to Hong Kong With a Felony from America?

im coming from america but i have 2 minor felonies and misdemeanors. do they have any way to see this and do they fingerprint you and search your background like japan just started doing recently? its nothing serious just a marijuana container possession and a small fire when i was 17 turning 18 im turning 30 this june so its nearly 10 years old

Jeff, we don't know whether the immigration department is able to check your background. But I think you shouldn't have a problem in entering HK. You didn't commit sereious crimes.
