i am flying from london to shanghai pudong terminal 1.

then after 4 hours i have to take a domestic flight from Hongqiao terminal 2 ....... then how can i go to terminal 2 from terminal 1 and what about my lugguage ?

Hey, if you hold a joint ticket, you can apply for luggage check through service. Or you need to claim it again. From PVG T1 to Hongqiao T2, you can take airport shuttle line 1 to reach. It would take a little longer than an hour. The ticket price is CNY30.
