Can the people in the Check in counters in GZ print me my both boarding pass, I will be flying out of the baiyun airport and connecting in Beijing.

I heard it is fine to have the two boarding passes in GZ Airport. Then in Beijing Airport, transfer would be easier with the connecting flight boarding pass. Anyway, to confirm this, I suggest you consult CAN by dialing 86-020-36066999.
