Hi there. Mexican holding a business visa in China, have to get out of it every month and would like to grab this opportunity and visit Thailand. Then come back. I will travel with a Chinese citizen. thanks

Nora, if you are not holding a China temporary residence permit, you cannot apply for Thai entry permit. As for your Chinese friend, he or she can apply for the Thai VOA by paying 1000 Thai Baht. The materials to be used for applying the VOA include: a passport, a bare-headed photo aganinst light background, return ticktet within 15 days, and 10000 Thai Baht or currencies with equal value.
