Can I have my 回鄉証 renewed in Sydney? It was expired on 2014.

Rosanna, you cannot renew the Home Return Permit in the consulate, but if you want to go to mainland, you can apply for a Travel Document there by submitting an application form, two recent bare-headed photos, and the original and photocopy of your HK or Macau ID card.0
