Re-Entry to Hong Kong after visa expired

Let's say that my 14-day Visa free stay in Hong Kong has already expired and now I'm back in the Philippines. Until when should I wait until I can return to HK?

1. There is no specific limit for how long you should wait before returning to HK.
2. The duration of the extended stay depends on your proof to show your reason for the extension. It's hard to say how long it will be.

And a second question: suppose that I got back to Hong Kong and it is already my second visit. After 7 days I applied for Extension of stay in Hong Kong. How long is the duration in days is this extension of stay? I assume that it is also 14 days?
