how easy to visit Macau and Hong Kong by public transport

My sister and her spouse have just arrived in Foshan where she will be teaching english to children. How easy is it to visit Macau and Hong Kong by bus on a weekend or perhaps a public holiday weekend? and how much would transport cost of the trip from Foshan?
Thanks.

From Foshan Creative Industry Park, Pearl River Hotel (Zhujiang Hotel), or Rotating Palace Hotel, there are buses to Hong Kong, and the bus fare for a single ride is HKD136 around. And the travel time is about 160 mins.
From Foshan Shiwan Bus Station, there are buses to Macau, and the bus fare is CNY68 around.
Between HK and Macau, there are ferries available, you can easily take one. And the fare is HKD153 in weekdays, and HKD 166 in weekends and holidays for a economical class cabin.
