About:China Great Wall

Transportation from downtown Beijing to Mutianyu

I want to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall. how can I get there by public transport?

The bus to Mutianyu is availabe in Dongzhimen Traffic center (Dongxhimen Waidajie). Then change to bus 863 directlyl yo Mutianyu. The direct bus only goes at 7:00am and 8:30am. Other buses will only arrive in Huairou first which means you have to change another bus to the wall.
