im thinking to have my chinese x visa be processes in vietnam, is it possible?

hi, im from philippines studying in China, I trabsferred to different school and have to change my visa too from residence permit to X type, i will also be in vietnam next week for a short holiday. I mean shall I be granted with it?

Yelena, you may try to apply for the X type in Vietnam. But I think you have a very little chance because you can't provide the valid resident permit for Vietnam. You'd better apply for it from your own country.
