About:China Customs Declaration

my friend took the money out of china exceeds the maximum limit and stuck in customs.

after he took care of, I got an email from

and the money will be transferred to our account, but we have to open an account at the same bank. how we have to check the truth of the bank. where we had to report, should contact the customs beijing?

Ida, I feel something fishy. If he really had trouble at the customs and decided to transfer his money to your account, he should have called you. By the way, would it be easier for him to transfer his money to his own bank?

Ida, I don't understand it. He wants you to come to China and pick him up fro the customs? If he could solve his trouble, there is no need for you to come. Anyway, you have to make sure that it is your friend who contacted you.
