We plan to travel a few overnight places in China by train, can we collect all the booked tickets at the railway station when we landed in China?

Yes, you can collect them together. But for the tickets that do not departs from the city you collect them, a service fee of CNY5 per ticket would be charged by the station. For example, if you collect Beijing to Shanghai ticket at Shanghai station, the CNY5 per ticket service fee is needed.
