It does not has its own office in the city. But several post offices in this city provide Western Union service.
One of them is located at No.15-5, North Worker's Stadium Road, Chaoyang District. You can go and see. :-)

Thanks for the tip. I did find that there are Western Union "Agents" located in EVERGREEN BANKS in the city.0
