how and where to Buy Metro Card with T-Union Logo in shanghai?

hello, in shanghai, where can i buy metro card with t-union logo? is it available in Shanghai PVG airport?

You can buy one at the service center of main metro stations like People's Square at a cost of CNY20. I think foreigners can get one as the card uses no real-name system and you cannot report the loss.
