About:China Visa Exemption

Hi. I am on a transit for 2.5 hours at Shanghai Pudong.

I am a UK passport holder. Do I need to obtain a visa for China even though I do not intend on leaving the airport.

No, the entry permit is not needed under the 24 hour free transit scheme.
