About:Shanghai Weather

i will be visiting shanghai and hangzhou 20-28 march, do i need winter down jacket?

i saw the temp about 5-12deg celcius, i was in korea during same temperature, if below 10 need at least winter jacket coz of the wind its very cold, is it the same for SH? do i need to bring my down jacket?

No down jacket is needed to travel the two cities during that time. Based on the weather records of these years, the temp shall range from 50F (10C) to 68F (20F) then. An overcoat, light jacket and jeans are fine. If you are afraid of coldness, pack long john as well. Lightly rainy days may happen, so light raincoat shall be necessary.
