Tax have paid if you live in China and you are married there.

Hello.. I want to going to married and live in china. I work out of china and of my country. the money that I will collect from my work need to show to Chin customs. how much is rate or the % that someone have to give to China customs. I will live there and I will married.

Ilias, the tax policy is very complicated. After you get married and live in China, you won't pay the tax if you leave then than 90 days in China. If you stay longer than 90 days, then you need to pay. It depends how much you earn. The base line is CNY4800. If the amount (your salary - CNY4800) is less than CNY1500, the tax rate is 5%. If between CNY1500 and 4500, 10%. If between CNY4500 and 9000, 20%If between CNY9000 and 35000, 25%. If between CNY35000 and 55000, 30%. If between CNY55000 and 80000, 35%. If more than CNY80000, 45%.
