About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I'm a brazilian living in China with Z visa, resident permit, how can I get tourist visa to Japan?

You should apply for it through the CITS (China International Travel Service) or the entry & exit personnel service center of Foreign Affairs Office of Beijing Municipal People's Government.
