xiamen's countrysides

I am thinking of staying probably permanent in Xiamen's countrysides after my retirement. Is there any recomended places for me. I never went to Xiamen before and I just heard people saying that Xiamen is a nice place to stay and the climax is also almost like my country home, so I can adjust to it very well. Hope someone can guide me.
