can i enter china again if my passport is still in Guangzhou immigration for visa renewal?

hi im from Nepal. i enter china on december 2010, before my entry permit expired i apply for a renewal in Guangzhou immigration. but in that time i entered honkong illegally and i cant receive my passport. now in this period im in nepal and i want to go china again, is it possible?
