But I'm confused whether to go back to school and try to finish a degree, or just take a TESOL training related to my job as online ESL. Also, my husband and I wanted to have a baby, but we can't yet because I'm on medication for my reproductive problem as advised by my OB.

For work, you should think about which one is more beneficial to you. Think for the long term, but not the short term. Maybe a degree will help you more considering for a life-long plan. Be patient with your baby plan. You are already on medication, right? So once you recovered, it would be very easy to have baby. Keep in a good mood.
