I want to go to China and decide on the itinerary when I am there using local travel agencies

Is it possible to travel in China as a Tourist without presenting beforehand a detailed predefined itinerary? I do not yet know what places to visit and want to do that once in China.

hii hans this is not possible and firstly you apply to book a hotel accommodation thorough a local travel agency or hotel. and apply to visit any international place.
