Raffy, if you plan to stay for a relatively long time in China, you can apply for an S2 type. The application documents required are as follows: a valid passport, a phtocopy of the passport's data page, a filled application form, a recently taken color bare-head photo, the photocopy of your husband's pasport and residence permit in China, an invitation letter from your husband, and the photocopy of your marriage certificate which has been notarized and attested.0
