You must refer to Tianbei station, right? Well, take Longgang metro line to Buji Station, where you can transfer to Huanzhong Line and get off at University Town. Then take a taxi to the zoo, about 1.2 miles and CNY15 around.

Aside from that, a direct bus ride will also help. Walk to Tianbei bus stop to take bus no. M203 to the zoo directly and the bus fare is CNY2.
