About:Marriage Registration in China

Certificate of Marriageability or Single Status Certificate

Is this certificate compulsory? Isn't the declaration enough since It is binded by the law?

Yes, it is compulsory. You can get the certificate in your country and have it notarized and attested or directly get one from the Singaporean Embassy in China.
