what he minimum traveling allowances amount i need to have for tourism except food and residence?

It depends on where you go and how long you stay. If you visit developed cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, you will spend more money. If you go to southwest or western parts of China, you may not spend so much money.
