Will the Kunming airport bus be running on Feb 19?

I am arriving at the airport on February 19th and I need to get into town to find my hostel. I know that Chinese New Years starts then so I was wondering if there were any changes to the bus schedule. Will it be possible to find a taxi in KM, or is everything closed during New Years?
