What documents to prepare to apply F visa

Hi,
I have a nanny who is Zimbabwean working in SA with me. However, all zims handed in their papers for renewal of the work permit by dec 2014, still waiting for outcome. So, we have to send her home - zim to apply her visa to go with us overseas for our visit. The duration is going to be short less than 60 days. I can give an invitation or my parents in china can write out an invitation. Besides of her passports, application form, do you requrie anything else from her? Cost? Waiting time? Thanks

Kristi, why does she need to apply for a F type? If she applies in her own country, you'd better ask your parents to send her an invitation letter. It should include:
1. her personal information: name, sex and date of birth
2. visiting information: why she comes to China, when she arrives, where she visits, the relationship between her and your parents, financial resources
3. inviter' information: name, tel, address, signature.

By the way, she also needs to provide a recent passport photo taken within six months. It usually takes four working days to deal with her application. A single entry type costs 60USD.
