About:China Transit Visa

Do I qualify for a 24 hour visa free transit?

Hello,

I will be based in China for 3 months after which I am planning on travelling to Thailand for 16 days. After this, I am planning on flying back to Beijing to collect the items I didn't take with me to Thailand and then fly back to the UK within 24 hours. This means two seperate plane tickets with two different airlines. Do I qualify for a free transit?

Thank you for your help.

Kind Regards,
Isabel Ashdown, British Passport holder
