About:Tianjin Attractions

Hi! I'm planning on going to Tianjin for half a day only.

I'll be coming from Beijing. Where do you suggest I go? I'd like to visit the Old Street and stroll along the river. Are these two walking distance from each other? And how do I get to the Old street from the railway station? (Planning on taking the bullet train)

Well, your plan is feasible. The distance between the street and the Haihe River isn't long. You can just walk around 220 yards to the east. Then you will see the river.
From the railway station to the old street, you can take bus no.638 to Shengli Road Station. Then walk to the destination. Or you can just take a taxi. The fare is CNY 10.
