Well, Shandong is a big province in China. It contains many cities, such as Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai. Which one do you refer to?
If it is Jinan, there are many direct high speed trains at Hongqiao Railway Station. It takes around 4.5 hours on the way. And the ticket fare of first class seat is CNY673.5 and second class seat is CNY398.5.

Yes, there is. Many high-speed trains run from Shanghai Hongqiao Train Station to Dezhou East. It takes around 4.5h.0
