Yes, you need seperate entry permits for Hong Kong and Macau. The required documents are basically the same, including: 1. A completed application form; 2. Photocopies of the bio data page and used inside pages of a valid passport; 3. Document of financial status (e.g. bank statement, deposit in savings account, tax payment receipt, employment certificate, etc.); 4. Document of transportation and accommodation arrangement (e.g. round-trip air ticket and hotel room reservation receipts, etc.); 5. Proof of purpose of visit; . Recent full face white background color photo. You should submit the application at the embassy in your country. However, if you are applying for the HK entry permit for the first time, you should directly send the application to the HK Immigration Department. The fee for HK entry permit is 190 dollars and for Macau entry permit 100 MOP.
